 HOW DO I REGISTER?

    SINGLE REGISTRATION | GROUPS OF 10 OR LESS:

Click Attendee Registration here or from the PAPA Events Page and complete the required attendee information and enter payment information. 

Please note:  When registering and paying online, your invoice number is your company name.

GROUPS OF 11 OR MORE:

• PennDOT employees must register via PennDOT Travel/Central Office

All food, beverages, and certificates are covered in the registration fee.

CANCELLATION / INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

• Cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, April 10, 2026, to receive a refund. 
• Cancellation requests (or no-shows) received after this date forfeit a refund.  
• Inclement weather updates will be posted on the website.
• GENERAL RULE:  If the hotel is open, the conference is a GO!

HEALTH & SAFETY

By registering and attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following:

Attendance: I understand that my participation in the Environmental Seminar may involve a risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other infectious diseases. I knowingly assume that risk. On behalf of myself as well as my family and heirs, to the greatest extent allowed by law, I release from liability and waive all claims against PAPA, its officers, directors, and employees for harm, injury, damage, or death suffered by me, should I contract COVID-19 or another disease as a result of my travel to, or attendance at, this event, even if arising from the negligence of any such released person.

Masks: I understand that I will comply with the latest CDC, state, and local health guidelines regarding mask-wearing. Current guidelines state that those who are fully vaccinated may choose not to wear a mask, but those who are not fully vaccinated are encouraged to wear a mask during the event. A limited amount of masks will be available to supplement attendees’ personal supplies.

Self-Pre-Check:  I understand PAPA discourages attendance from those who exhibit COVID-19 symptoms prior to the event or at any point during the event.

PAPA is working closely with the event venue to ensure safety measures will be followed. If necessary, attendees will receive updated protocols via email prior to the event.

Our goal for all attendees at the various PAPA events is to provide a safe, secure, and healthy educational experience. Please email or call us if you have any questions or suggestions.

PHOTO, AUDIO, AND VISUAL RECORDING CONSENT

By registering and attending this event, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the following:

I hereby grant the Pennsylvania Asphalt Pavement Association (PAPA) permission to use my likeness in photographs, audio, and visual recording for use on the PAPA website and other promotional, educational, and marketing products including but not limited to:  newsletter, facebook page, twitter account, marketing brochures, and training presentations.    In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears.  I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge PAPA from all claims, demands, liability and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.  

If you do not wish to appear in photographs, audio, and visual recordings during our event, please notify the Executive Director prior to the event.
